‏‏‏‏‏ ‏‏‏‏ ‏‏ ‏‏‏‏ ‏‏‏‏ ‏‏‏‏‏ ‏‏‏‏‏‏ ‏‏‏‏‏ ‏‏ ‏‏ ‏‏‏‏‏‏ ‏‏‏‏‏ ‏‏‏‏‏ ‏‏ ‏‏‏‏‏‏‏ ‏

They said, "We wish to eat from it and let our hearts be reassured and know that you have been truthful to us and be among its witnesses."

‏‏‏‏‏ ‏‏‏‏ ‏‏ ‏‏‏‏ ‏‏‏‏ ‏‏‏‏‏ ‏‏‏‏‏‏ أَيْ: تَسْكُنُ؛ إِذَا نَظَرْنَا إِلَى الْمَائِدَة.

‏‏‏‏‏ ‏‏ ‏‏ ‏‏‏‏‏‏ ‏‏‏‏‏ ‏‏‏‏‏ ‏‏ ‏‏‏‏‏‏‏ أَنَّهَا نَزَلَتْ مِنْ عِنْدِ اللَّهِ.
