كتاب النكاح
وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ -يَرْفَعُهُ, فِي اَلْحَامِلِ اَلْمُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا- قَالَ: «لَا نَفَقَةَ لَهَا» أَخْرَجَهُ اَلْبَيْهَقِيُّ, وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ, لَكِنْ قَالَ: اَلْمَحْفُوظُ وَقْفُهُ
Narrated Jabir (RA) in a Hadith which he attributed to the Prophet (ﷺ) regarding a pregnant (woman) whose husband died:
“She has no maintenance rights.”
