كتاب الحدود
إِلَيَّ. وَفِي هَذَا اَلْحَدِيثِ: «أَنَّ رَجُلًا شَهِدَ عَلَيْهِ أَنَّهُ رَآهُ يَتَقَيَّأْ اَلْخَمْرَ, فَقَالَ عُثْمَانُ: إِنَّهُ لَمْ يَتَقَيَّأْهَا حَتَّى شَرِبَهَا»
In this hadith also a man witnessed that he had seen him vomiting wine, 'Uthman (RAA) said:
'He would not have vomited it, unless that he had drunk it.'
إِلَيَّ. وَفِي هَذَا اَلْحَدِيثِ: "أَنَّ رَجُلًا شَهِدَ عَلَيْهِ أَنَّهُ رَآهُ يَتَقَيَّأْ اَلْخَمْرَ, فَقَالَ عُثْمَانُ: إِنَّهُ لَمْ يَتَقَيَّأْهَا حَتَّى شَرِبَهَا"
