‏‏ ‏‏‏ ‏‏‏‏ ‏‏‏‏‏ ‏‏‏‏‏ ‏‏‏‏‏ ‏‏‏‏‏‏‏ ‏ ‏‏‏‏‏‏ ‏‏‏ ‏‏‏‏ ‏‏‏‏‏‏ ‏‏‏‏ ‏‏‏‏ ‏‏‏‏‏ ‏‏‏ ‏‏ ‏‏‏‏‏‏ ‏‏‏‏ ‏‏‏‏ ‏‏‏ ‏‏ ‏‏‏‏ ‏‏ ‏‏‏‏‏‏ ‏‏‏ ‏‏ ‏‏‏‏‏‏‏‏‏ ‏

It is Allah who sends the winds, and they stir the clouds and spread them in the sky however He wills, and He makes them fragments so you see the rain emerge from within them. And when He causes it to fall upon whom He wills of His servants, immediately they rejoice

Read in the muṣḥaf

‏‏ ‏‏‏ ‏‏‏‏ ‏‏‏‏‏ اسْتِئْنافٌ مَسُوقٌ لِبَيانِ ما أُجْمِلَ فِيما سَبَقَ مِن أحْوالِ الرِّياحِ ‏‏‏‏‏ ‏‏‏‏‏ ‏‏‏‏‏‏‏ مُتَّصِلًا تارَةً ‏ ‏‏‏‏‏‏ في جَوِّها.

‏‏‏ ‏‏‏‏ سائِرًا وواقِفًا مُطْبَقًا، وغَيْرَ مُطْبَقٍ مِن جانِبٍ دُونَ جانِبٍ إلى غَيْرِ ذَلِكَ.

‏‏‏‏‏‏ ‏‏‏‏ تارَةً أُخْرى، أيْ: قِطَعًا. وقُرِئَ: بِسُكُونِ السِّينِ عَلى أنَّهُ مُخَفَّفٌ جَمْعُ (كِسْفَةٌ)، أوْ مَصْدَرٌ وُصِفَ بِهِ.

‏‏‏‏ ‏‏‏‏‏ المَطَرَ.

‏‏‏ ‏‏ ‏‏‏‏‏‏ في التّارَتَيْنِ.

‏‏‏‏ ‏‏‏‏ ‏‏‏ ‏‏ ‏‏‏‏ ‏‏ ‏‏‏‏‏‏ أيْ: بِلادَهم وأراضِيَهم.

‏‏‏ ‏‏ ‏‏‏‏‏‏‏‏‏ فاجَئُوا الِاسْتِبْشارَ بِمَجِيءِ الخِصْبِ.
